I prepared this Christmas stocking for a loved one. Aside from the teddy bear peeking out from the top, there are 16 espresso biscuits inside. Of all the cookies that I make (and I make plenty), this is his very favourite and the only one that he ever requested. I really hope he likes this small gift on Christmas morning!
